My Personal Values

When we talk about the skills, practices, and habits that will help you grow into a more Joyful, more Successful and more Mindful individual, it's important to know that I live these very things myself in my own life.

Stress, complexity, conflicting needs, and the entire beautiful, sometimes frustrating spectrum of life are a huge reason that I became a daily practitioner and lifelong advocate of integrating mindfulness into every part of our lives.

Self Care

As a major proponent for Self Care, I also make time to pursue my other joys, which include running, swimming, yoga, meditation, listening to personal development books and podcasts, and indulging in my husband’s healthy home-cooked meals.

Family

I always carve out time for the joys in my life, which often involves camping, hiking and spending time with my husband of nearly 22 years, Nathan, and our two daughters.

Self Development

I’m a self-development junkie who incorporates simple and powerful mindfulness meditation practices into my coaching.

I was inspired to begin my meditation practice more than 20 years ago after a three-day training with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
